Prepaid classes and absence from classes are non-refundable. This applies to all Classes, Workshops, Live Online Yoga Classes and other Special Events.

If you are pre-registered for a term of classes or a special event or workshop, you must cancel at least 2 weeks prior to the start date of the term/event to receive a refund minus a 15% admin fee. After this 2 week period no refund will be available.

No refunds are available for Live Online Yoga classes.

If you have booked and paid for a Workshop via another Organisation/Studio please check their terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds.

In the event of cancellation of a class or workshop by Fazila Benoit Yoga, you will receive a full refund of the event fee or you will be offered  the possibility of attending an alternative class.

All one to one sessions are due in full if cancelled less than 24 hrs before the session.

In the event of missing a class(due to personal reasons including illness), it may be possible to make up that missed class by attending another class with prior notice and consent and within the same term. This is not guaranteed and is space dependent and at the discretion of Fazila Benoit Yoga. Missed classes cannot be exchanged for workshops, special events or one to one sessions and they cannot be transferred to another person or carried over to another term.
