Unwinding the Spine & Freeing the Back

This workshop will emphasise standing, seated, and supine twists which help wring out the internal organs and promote blood flow through spinal nerves. This class will be invaluable to those with back/gut issues or those with fatigue as twists can be the medicine to rejuvenate.

Releasing Neck, Shoulders, Ribcage

It is very common with poor posture and too much sitting for the shoulders to displace forward, creating tension in the neck and between the shoulder blades. This session will work with the primary muscles that hold the shoulder in place. We will also work to free up restrictions in the ribs and diaphragm.
